Kiosked partners with Commission Junction

The partnership enables publishers to automatically monetize images through native integrations, leveraging Kiosked’s Automatic Matching solution and CJ’s network of top brands and offers.

Kiosked announces today that they have established a partnership with Commission Junction, the leading global affiliate marketing network. The partnership aims to develop native integrations on content websites at scale. Kiosked’s technology taps into CJ’s network of top brands and offers and automatically places contextually relevant products on images hosted by publishers.

Kiosked and CJ will initiate their partnership on the French market. A pilot program is currently running in the telecommunication sector, before expanding to other verticals such as cosmetics and fashion.

Bouygues Telecom, a leading French telecommunication company was amongst first advertisers to take part to the pilot program Kiosked and CJ run. Bouygues Telecom offers are now natively integrated on quality content websites such as www.mensquare.com and www.frandroid.com

Mirror and Planet F1 first to start monetising sport content with contextual products

Kiosked’s content monetization platform will accelerate growth in the U.S. and Asia

Kiosked announces that it has raised a further $6.9m funding from private investors, which will be used to support the company’s rapid expansion into the U.S. and Asian markets. The funding will also be used to launch Kiosked’s mobile content monetization solutions.

The round of funding was led by Kevin Wall of Craton Equity Partners, who will also join Kiosked’s Board of Directors, and John Lindfors, Partner at Digital Sky Technologies. Wall is an entertainment pioneer and the CEO of Control Room, a company best known for organizing influential global events for Live Earth, FIFA World Cup and Chime for Change.

Kiosked was founded in 2010 and it is a platform that enables Smart Content by turning any branded or editorial visual content found online, such as images, videos and apps, into non-intrusive interactive storefronts or points of consumer engagement. In doing so, it allows publishers and brands to monetize impulses by allowing consumers to ‘see it, want it, buy it.’ This creates a win-win-win situation for all parties, including consumers as it offers a fun and innovative way to shop and discover things online.

About Andrew Bynum

Andrew Bynum (born October 27, 1987) is an American professional basketball player in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the Philadelphia 76ers. The center was named an All-Star and an All-NBA selection for the first time in 2012. Bynum was an All-American player in high school before he decided to forgo college and enter the 2005 NBA Draft. He was selected with the 10th overall pick by the Los Angeles Lakers, and he became the youngest player ever to play an NBA game. Bynum missed significant time due to injuries, but he played hurt in the playoffs as the Lakers won two NBA championships in 2009 and 2010. About Anze Kopitar 

Anze Kopitar, nicknamed Kopi, is a Slovenian professional ice hockey center who is a member of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL). Kopi was the 11th overall pick in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. He became the first Slovenian to play in the NHL in 2006. Kopitar has spent his entire six-year career with the Kings and has led the team in scoring five consecutive seasons. He moved to North America to join the Kings in 2006, a year after he was drafted, and he finished fourth in the Calder Trophy voting his rookie year. Kopitar’s dynamic offensive talent allowed him to immediately become Los Angeles’ best offensive weapon, but in recent seasons he has improved his defensive game and emerged as one of the NHL’s premier two-way forwards. Kopitar helped win the first Stanley Cup championship in Kings history in 2012. Internationally, he has represented the Slovenian national team in several junior and senior tournaments.

Kiosked has raised $5.75M in funding.

(Helsinki, Finland) Kiosked, the leading platform for activating brands and rewarding fans, has raised $5.75 million in funding from Kaj Hed, private investors and Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation. The funding will be used to further accelerate Kiosked’s growth in Europe, the U.S. and APAC and for building a world-class team. Mr. Hed will join Kiosked Board of Directors as Chairman.

- Kiosked has been selected as a winner of the White Bull Awards. Five of the most promising European companies were awarded at the annual Pathway to Exit conference in Barcelona last night.

A total of 60 European companies were named as finalists for the 2011 Bully Award, and the deserving winners were selected from a pool of entries that included hundreds of nominated European TMT companies. According to their financing, the winners fall into three categories: Yearlings, Young Bulls, and Longhorns. The winners are selected according to their market opportunity, competitive landscape, business model, achievements, management team, and sector activity.
